• Each member will have the ability to access their online profile in a secure and private way, allowing your members to assist in keeping your member database current and up to date.

• Utilizing Element Community keeps your members, whether they live in Community or in a different country, connected.  Your member will receive access to important Community information and you will have the ability to send all members text or email notifications for anything from a dynamic birthday greeting to important voting information.

Member/Community Forms

• Access to important forms from your community are easily accessed through your member profile.

Voting Information

• Keep your contact information up to date you you don’t miss out on important voting information and access.

Community Event Listings

• Keep up to date on what’s happening in your community through the databases event listings and the text or email notification system all accessed from your phone or Member profile.

Document Storage

• Keep a back up copy of your status card, health card, certifications, etc. Take a picture or scan and upload any documents you want to make sure you never lose access to through the secure and private member profile.

Profile Update Survey Tool

• Admin can send out surveys that allow members to quickly update their profile from there phone without logging in.
