You own all your data. Our technology development is also built on The First Nations principles of OCAP®. A set of standards that establish how First Nations data should be collected, protected, used, or shared.

There are four components of OCAP®: Ownership, Control, Access, and Possession. OCAP® asserts that First Nations have control over data collection processes in their communities and that they own and control how this information can be used.

All client data is stored on redundant hardware RAID devices housed within each database and application server allowing for live redundancy and backups. All user data is backed up daily to a separate machine within the hosting facility for the second tier of redundancy and protection. All data will be housed in Canada.
